RE: how much do you trust the next guy?

been RVing for 8 years and have traveled all over the southwest and in ourtravels we have made GOOD friends. We even Broke down in L.A. and was without a truck for 3 days. The family next to us came over and told us if we needed anything to ask, and every time they went away for the day they invited us. That was 6 Years ago, and we have met there on the same week every year since and have now our group is up to 7 rvs and over 30 people what a PARTY

RE: inspection

if your talking about weight issues, I would say yes, but that would be for your own comfort. find a place that you can go that has enough room to manuver then load the 5er up with all you take and then some and have the wife eat and fill the tank up. if you have dogs then take them on a full stomach to ( but dont let them eat what the wife ate, Stinky gas>) then roll on the scales each axle then each tire you will be happy you did. knowing how heavy you rig is important. mine is around 15000 full, but if I starve the wife its 14998:)

RE: Warrior/Dexter axle help needed

Had a trouble with my Weekend Wanderer too. I found a recall by Thor and turned it in to the dealer, they fixed the trouble and at the same time I went to the tire Manufacture ( Carlisle) and they sent out a new set of tires and they blew too, so they paid to have, at my choosing any tire that I wanted. I now run BFG commercials no more trouble KNOCK KNOCK......

RE: Which Arctic Cat would be your choice? *Update*

We are on our second set of Cats And we love them. Cant speak for most But I do know the Cat brand and its a great quad, 1 we had 2-300s put 4000 miles on one and 2500 on the other and the only reason we sold them is that we wanted new ones then bought 2-400s automatics we have 500 miles on them the indapendant rear is really great( I work for one of the Bells And fell off of a telephone pole and hurt my back and need a comfortable ride) We ride all day on some trails and they climb, pull, go over just about anything we point them at. I say to all go try a Cat you will be impressed, ps. ATV Mag gave them high reviews

RE: Loading problem

I two 400 artic cats that I load in my TH that has the same 12ft garage but I load them side by side, the only thing load the one that has the plastic gas cover, pull it next to it then pull it over to the wall then load the other one . I put them in the rear so the door just shuts, be careful, they fit. I even put a folding table between them then load the front with all the other " stuff". a bbq grill, chairs ,a spare 3500 gen, 3 lawn chairs, 6 folding chairs, 2 ice chests and a partrige in pair tree....

RE: Raptor Satelite TV Hook-up

I have used a portable tripod type set up for years and they do work great BUT,you MUST have a way to keep the box plugged in at home, it will time out and sometimes is hard to make the call to Sat. company to reprogram when out in the boonies. Other than that find south with a compas and use the set up in the menu and get a solid tone and your good to go. It takes a few sometimes.
